The Nordic-Baltic Association for Medical and Health Information
The Association's objective is to increase collaboration between Nordic and Baltic professional groups, thus strenghtening the specialist knowledge and encouraging development of Nordic and Baltic librarians, specialising in bio-medical areas, or within the health services.




The Association consists of the following associations:
Bibliotekarforbundet, Faggruppen for Medicinsk Information, DenmarkNorsk Bibliotekforening, Spesialgruppen for Medisin og Helsefag, Norway
Svensk Biblioteksförening, Specialgruppen för medicin och vård, Sweden
Samtarfshópur Laeknisfraedibókavarda, Iceland
Bibliothecarii Medicinae Fenniae, Finland 
Baltic Association for Medical Libraries

The members of these six international organisations are collectively attached to the Association. 



 
Board Meeting 2009
The 2009 meeting will take place on June 3rd in Dublin, Ireland in connection with the EAHIL Workshop. Norway is responsible for the meeting and Elisabeth Husem is the contact person for the agenda. Board members can send suggestions for the agenda to e.e.husem@ub.uio.no
